Basketball Africa League adjusts schedule for May 5 games

The Basketball Africa League (BAL) has adjusted the schedule for two games set to take place on May 5th as part of the Nile Conference group phase at the Hassan Mostafa Indoor Sports Complex in Cairo, Egypt. The changes will impact the games between City Oilers (Uganda) and CFV - Beira (Mozambique), as well as Petro de Luanda (Angola) and Al Ahly (Egypt)

The Basketball Africa League (BAL) has announced a schedule adjustment for the upcoming games on Friday, May 5th, as part of the Nile Conference group phase at the Hassan Mostafa Indoor Sports Complex in Cairo, Egypt, which runs from April 26th to May 6th.

The City Oilers from Uganda will now face CFV - Beira from Mozambique at 12:30PM EAT instead of the previously scheduled time of 9AM EAT. Meanwhile, the game between Petro de Luanda from Angola and Al Ahly from Egypt has been moved up to 9AM EAT from the originally scheduled time of 12:30PM EAT.

Fans can catch both games live on several platforms, including Canal+, ESPN (sub-Saharan Africa), NBA TV, Voice of America, American Forces Network, and select free-to-air channels across the continent through the BAL’s broadcast partnership with the African Union of Broadcasting. Additionally, the games will be livestreamed on the NBA App, NBA.com, Visionview.tv, and BAL.NBA.com.
